What to expect: This 9 week course is a great starting point if you’re new to yoga (or re-starting your practice after a break). You’ll learn the foundations of a balanced yoga practice in a welcoming, encouraging and supportive environment. Each class will incorporate functional stretching and mobility exercises, gentle yoga postures, guided breathing techniques and relaxation – with modifications where necessary to make yoga accessible and safe for you and your body.
Benefits: This course will provide you with a solid foundation to develop a safe and effective yoga practice suited to your particular needs. You’ll learn techniques to improve strength, flexibility and balance in your body, and to reduce mental and emotional stress and tension.
Class sizes are kept small to ensure personalised attention, so bookings are essential.
What to bring: Yoga mat (all other equipment is provided by Beecroft Yoga).
What to wear: Comfortable loose or stretchy clothing.
